UK Audio Show 2024

2024 gave us the opportunity to have our own "The RockDoc" room at the UK Audio Show! 

We were proud to showcase "Zesty", a RockDoc custom modified Rock2 turntable, fitted with a DS Audio DS003 cartridge. 

The system also featured a Townshend Audio Allegri Reference pre-amp, into an EAR Yoshino 899, running as a power amplifier. 

The set up was finished off with the fantastic Kerr Acoustic K300 stand mount speakers, in high gloss walnut finish, sat on Townshend podiums (of course). The system was connected with Townshend Fractal Interconnects and Fractal F1 speaker cables.

The RockDoc teamed up with Audio Dreams for this year's UK Audio Show, at the Staverton Park Hotel, Daventry. 

We were also delighted to showcase a custom Rock2 in the Kerr Acoustic / Townshend Audio room.

UK Audio Show 2022 (Daventry)

The RockDoc was honored to join Townshend Audio at the UK Audio Show in Daventry, in tribute to the late Max Townshend, where both Harriet and Matt spoke about Max's achievements. 

A chronological line up of Rock turntables, provided mostly (and refurbished) by Matt, formed part of the display along with Matt's collection of Townshend paraphernalia. This was a truly one off opportunity for visitors to see them together (probably for the first and, very possibly, for the last time, as it was a colossal undertaking.   The display also featured the Cranfield Rock Prototype,  which is currently undergoing refurbishment by the RockDoc.
